When you place an order

• Your name, phone number and delivery address
• The delivery method you choose, inside or outside Dhaka
• Your email address and an order note, if you add them

When you create an account

• Your email address and password. We store the password only as a scrambled hash, so nobody can read it, us included.
• Your name, phone number and saved addresses, if you add them
• The orders you place while signed in

When you browse

Nothing personal. Your cart is saved in your own browser, not on our servers.

• To pack, send and deliver your order
• To contact you about that order, for example to check the delivery address
• To show your orders and saved details in your account
• To keep the shop secure. Our server briefly holds your IP address in memory to slow down repeated sign-in attempts and spam. It isn’t saved.

We don’t use your details for advertising, and we don’t send marketing emails or SMS.

• Jajabor staff who handle orders
• The courier who delivers your parcel, who needs your name, phone number and address
• The companies that run our website. Hostinger hosts the shop and its database, and Cloudflare carries traffic to it.
• Authorities, if the law requires it

We never sell or rent your details.

Signing in sets a few small cookies that keep you logged in for up to 30 days. Your account needs them to work. Your cart is kept in your browser’s local storage, so it’s still there when you come back.

We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies.

Every order is cash on delivery. You pay the courier when your order arrives, so this site never asks for card numbers or mobile banking details.

• Change your password at any time
• Ask us to correct your details or delete your account

You can also order as a guest, without an account.

The whole site runs over HTTPS, so what you type is encrypted on its way to us. Passwords are stored as hashes. Order details are visible only to you, when you’re signed in, and to Jajabor staff.

If we change how we handle your details, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
